Job Description:

PureLogics is looking to hire Recruitment Executive for its Lahore office on an urgent basis .

Job Responsibilities :

• Proven work experience in Technical Recruitment  or similar role with Solid communication skills
• Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems and full-cycle recruiting.
• Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.
• Assisting in the planning of company events and marketing them on social media.

• BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.

Required Skills :

• Good Tech stacks Knowledge
• Knowledge of headhunting techniques
• Knowledge of using ATS
•  Excellent  Communication Skills
• Good Analytical Skills
•  Excellent presentation skills
• Relationship building
•  outreach to potential prospects

Required Qualification:

• Min HR Graduate, BBA HR, MBA HR

Experience Range:

• Min 2 Years
